Our Mission
Our mission is to expand how mental health and wellness are defined, accessed, and experienced — moving beyond fragmented care toward informed, integrated, whole-person health.
Healing Sky was born from a simple but urgent reality observed on the front lines of care: people are actively searching for support, yet struggle to find trusted, accessible pathways that reflect how they actually live, learn, and seek help today.
As a practicing psychiatrist for over 20 years, Dr. Rodriguez witnessed this gap firsthand. Patients were no longer relying solely on traditional clinical channels. They were turning to digital platforms, consuming content, and exploring a wide spectrum of solutions — from clinical care to holistic approaches, products, and services that support overall well-being.
At the same time, highly qualified providers, innovative treatment organizations, and wellness brands were operating in silos — each offering value, but without a unified way to connect with individuals actively seeking help.
Leadership
The team behind Healing Sky brings together decades of experience in healthcare, technology, and business strategy.
In August 2000, Dr. Raul Rodriguez, then Chief Resident in Psychiatry at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital, launched a private practice in Boca Raton. He quickly identified a surge in opioid addiction and developed an outpatient detox protocol that allowed patients to recover with minimal disruption to their daily lives. As he treated more patients, he recognized deeper underlying conditions such as eating disorders, PTSD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and treatment-resistant depression.
To better address these complexities, Dr. Rodriguez expanded his team and clinical focus, pursuing advanced training in eating disorders, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and later Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. He built comprehensive outpatient programs for a range of severe mental health conditions and grew the Delray Center from a single office into a five-building campus, continuously evolving it into a leading integrative mental health and wellness center.
Fulfilling a vision he first had in medical school, Dr. Rodriguez developed a holistic treatment model that combines psychotherapy, TMS, and advanced medication management with wellness services like acupuncture, massage, fitness, nutrition, and meditation. His passion for wellness is also reflected in his involvement in competitive cycling.
Beyond clinical care, the Delray Center is deeply involved in community outreach, raising awareness and improving access to treatment. Dr. Rodriguez contributes regularly to local publications and remains committed to a long-term vision of care, with hopes of continuing his legacy for decades to come.
Drawing on more than two decades of clinical experience and a deep conviction that true wellness extends far beyond the therapy room, Dr. Rodriguez founded Healing Sky — a platform built to unify the fragmented landscape of mental health and wellness, connecting patients with trusted providers, innovative treatments, and holistic resources under one sky.
Michelle brings over 12 years of experience in the mental health field, with a background in administrative roles and organizational development. She began in administrative support, then advanced into quality assurance, focusing on compliance, process improvement, and maintaining high standards of care.
Building on this experience, she transitioned into leadership and operations, ultimately serving in a Director of Operations role at the Delray Center for Healing. In this capacity, she has overseen program performance and contributed to organizational growth by effectively leading teams of more than 50 individuals dedicated to supporting individuals on their path to healing.
Michelle is deeply passionate about working in the field of mental health and committed to increasing awareness while reducing the stigma that surrounds it in our society. Through both her professional work and advocacy, she strives to contribute to a more compassionate, informed, and accessible mental health care system.
Working alongside Dr. Rodriguez has given her firsthand insight into the profound impact that effective mental health treatment can have on an individual’s life. She is grateful to be part of the Healing Sky team, working to break down barriers and help reshape the landscape of mental health care.
Mr. DuBraski is a seasoned commercial leader with over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry, spanning both global organizations such as Medtronic and Covidien and high-growth, innovative startups. He has played a key role in the commercialization of nine newly FDA-cleared medical devices, multiple product expansions, and four IPO’s, across Cardiology, Pulmonary, Gastroenterology, and Neuropsychiatry. At Healing Sky, he leads commercialization strategy, driving growth and connecting providers, content, and solutions to improve access to trusted, whole-person care.
September Millar is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and helps individuals build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting change. As Director of Outreach for Delray Center for Healing, she connects individuals and communities with compassionate, evidence-based care. She also serves as a Healing Sky Ambassador, advocating for a comprehensive health and wellness platform.
