Healing Sky respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the platform to do the same.

How to Submit a Copyright Complaint

What Happens After a Complaint is Submitted

When we receive a valid DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also notify the user who uploaded the content that a copyright complaint has been received.

Healing Sky reserves the right to remove content that violates copyright laws or the rights of others.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

Your name, address, and contact information.
Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Healing Sky may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly upload content that infringes the copyrights of others.
