  • Profile information (clients): care preferences, location, and other details you choose to share.
  • Communications: messages, inquiries, and any content you send through forms or contact features on the Service.
  • Payment information: billing preferences and payment details. Card data is processed and stored by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Content you upload: videos, articles, images, event details, and other materials submitted to the Service.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent, and click activity.
  • Location data: approximate location based on IP address, or precise location if you enable it (for example, when searching for nearby providers).

Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about providers from third-party verification sources (such as licensing boards or credentialing services) to confirm the accuracy of profile information. We may also receive information from analytics providers, advertising partners, and integrations you connect to your account.

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Connect users with healthcare professionals and wellness practitioners through our directory, Smart Match Filter, and Dynamic Directory features.
  • Process payments, subscriptions, and event registrations through our payment processor.
  • Send transactional communications such as account notifications, billing reminders, and customer service messages.
  • Send marketing and promotional communications, where permitted by law and your preferences.
  • Personalize content, recommendations, and search results.
  • Analyze usage to improve the Service, develop new features, and measure performance.

  • Verify provider credentials and maintain the integrity of professional listings.

With Professional Members You Contact

When you contact a provider through the Service, we share the contact information you submit (such as your name, email, and phone number) with the selected provider so they can respond to your inquiry. Communications sent through our forms are transmitted via email, which is not fully secure.

Service Providers

We share information with vendors who help us operate the Service, including:

  • Payment processing: Stripe processes all payment transactions and stores card information in compliance with industry standards.
  • Hosting and infrastructure: cloud hosting, content delivery, and database providers.
  • Analytics: services that help us understand how the Service is used.
  • Email and messaging: providers that help us deliver transactional and marketing communications.
  • Verification services: third parties that confirm provider credentials and licensing.

Health Information and HIPAA

Healing Sky is not a HIPAA Covered Entity

Healing Sky is neither a healthcare provider nor a Covered Entity as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Information you share through the Service is generally not protected health information under HIPAA.

In some cases, Healing Sky may store or handle personal health information for Professional Members that are Covered Entities. In those cases, our compliance obligations as a Business Associate are defined in a separate Business Associate Agreement that the Professional Member signs with us.

If you are seeking care for a sensitive health condition, please use discretion when providing details through forms, messages, or other features on the Service.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and (where permitted) deliver advertising.
