Listing the simple things in life that you're grateful for can really shift your mood. all the things i didn't once have, i can fully appreciate now. i just need to remind myself. there is always something to be grateful for. thinking of these things will boost your mood and will train your brain to look for more good things in life to be grateful for. so try it out! you've got nothing to lose and everything to gain!
